Church Website Design & Management

Professional church website design without the technical headaches

A Fully Managed Website for Your Church

A church website is often the first impression someone has of your ministry. It should be clear, welcoming, and easy to use, not outdated, broken, or difficult to update.

We provide church website design combined with ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support, so your website stays professional, secure, and up to date without adding stress to your staff or volunteers.

Our goal is simple: give your church a professional, reliable website that’s fully taken care of month after month.

Professional Church Web Design Without the Headaches

Many churches pay thousands upfront for a website, only to be left figuring out updates, security, and hosting on their own.

Our approach is different.

We offer fully managed church website design, meaning we:

  • Design your website

  • Host and maintain it

  • Keep it secure and updated

  • Help with ongoing content changes

All for one predictable monthly cost.

Is This the Right Fit for Your Church?

Many churches don’t need another vendor. They need a trusted partner.

They’ve paid for a website in the past, only to be left figuring out hosting, updates, and security on their own. Over time, the site becomes outdated or difficult to manage because no one has the time or technical knowledge to keep it current.

If you find yourself thinking:

  • “We don’t have time to keep this updated.”

  • “I’m not sure who even has access to the hosting.”

  • “Our website doesn’t reflect who we are anymore.”

  • “We just want it handled.”

Then this church website design service was built with you in mind.

Instead of a large upfront project followed by ongoing stress, we provide a fully managed website for one predictable monthly rate. We design it, host it, maintain it, protect it, and handle updates so your team can focus on ministry.

For churches already partnered with us for social media, the process becomes even more seamless. Your website and social media work together to support outreach, and we waive the website setup fee as part of that partnership.

If your church wants a professional website without managing the technical details, we’d love to start a conversation and see if we’re a good fit.

Why We Do It

My wife, Liz, and I have been part of the same local church, Bethel Baptist Church, for over 25 years. We grew up there, were discipled there, and have served in ministry for many years, including leading the AVL team and helping develop the church’s digital presence.

We’ve seen firsthand how a strong online presence can support real ministry by helping visitors find the church, making sermons accessible, and keeping communication clear.

That’s why we care about church website design. A church’s website isn’t just a digital brochure. It’s often the first place someone goes when they’re looking for truth, direction, or a church home.

Our goal isn’t simply to build websites. It’s to help churches communicate clearly and remove unnecessary obstacles so they can stay focused on the Gospel.

What do you mean by “fully managed church website design”?

We design your church website and continue managing it for you. That includes hosting coordination, security, backups, updates, and ongoing content changes so your staff doesn’t have to troubleshoot technical issues or learn a complicated website backend.

How much does it cost?

There is a $299 one-time setup fee and then $299 per month for ongoing management. The setup fee is waived for churches partnered with us on an active social media plan.

What counts as a “content update”?

A content update is a normal website change like:

  • updating service times

  • swapping an image

  • editing text

  • updating an event

  • minor page edits using existing layouts

(If it’s a larger change—like building multiple new pages or restructuring the site—we’ll quote it separately.)

How quickly do you make updates?

Most normal update requests are completed within 2–3 business days. Time-sensitive requests can often be handled faster when possible.

Do we have to provide the text and photos?

Usually, yes. Most churches already have the content. We organize it, improve clarity, and format it properly on the site. If you need help writing or finding images, we can help, but copywriting and major content creation may be quoted separately.

Will our site work well on mobile?

Yes. Every site we build is designed to be mobile-responsive, since many visitors will view your website on a phone.

Can you connect our domain name?

Yes. We can help connect your domain and make sure it’s properly configured.

Can you integrate our sermons?

Yes. We can embed sermons from platforms like YouTube and organize them so visitors can easily watch and share.

Do you support online giving integrations?

Often, yes. It depends on your giving provider. Most churches use a simple “Give” button linking to their giving platform, and we can help place it prominently and ensure it works well on mobile.

What if something breaks or the site goes down?

That’s part of what you’re paying for. Your site includes monitoring, backups, and recovery support if something goes wrong.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes, if your team wants to edit, we provide up to 2 admin accounts and basic guidance on how to edit your site.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.

What happens if we cancel?

If you cancel, the managed service ends and the site will no longer be hosted/maintained through us. If you want to move the site elsewhere, we can help with a transition for a one-time transition fee.

How is this different from hiring someone to build a site once?

A one-time build often becomes outdated because no one owns ongoing maintenance. Our model keeps your website secure, updated, and current without relying on a volunteer or chasing a freelancer later.

How do we get started?

We start with a short call to understand your church, your goals, and what you need on the website. Then we gather content, design the site, and launch it. We’ll keep you in the loop at every step.
